Tess Hannum is a Senior Associate in TPG Twin Brook’s Treasury group.
Prior to joining TPG Twin Brook in 2021, Tess was a Credit Analyst with DBRS Morningstar’s Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities team, where she helped produce credit ratings for conduit, CLO, and SASB transactions backed by commercial real estate assets. Tess holds a BSM in Finance from Tulane University.
