Nick Zagurski is an Underwriting Associate for one of Twin Brook’s underwriting teams, focusing on structuring, underwriting, and closing new transactions as well as portfolio management of existing accounts across a broad range of industries with private equity sponsors.
Prior to joining the firm in 2026, Nick was a Senior Associate at Alvarez & Marsal’s Structured Finance Valuation group. Nick holds a M.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a licensed CPA.
