Matt Kocsis is an Associate for one of Twin Brook’s underwriting teams, focusing on structuring, underwriting, and closing new transactions as well as portfolio management of existing accounts across a broad range of industries with private equity sponsors.
Prior to joining the firm in 2026, Matt was an Associate in the Consumer Industrial Products and Services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) LLP in Chicago. While at PwC, Matt served on audit engagements for a variety of clients, primarily in the CPG, industrial manufacturing, and software industries. Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Accounting with High Distinction from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Matt is a licensed CPA.
