Luke Johnson is an Underwriting Associate for one of Twin Brook’s underwriting teams, focusing on structuring, underwriting, and closing new transactions as well as portfolio management of existing accounts across a broad range of industries with private equity sponsors.
Prior to joining the firm in 2025, Luke was in the financial diligence practice at PwC, where he advised on buy-side and sell-side engagements across a range of industries for both private equity and strategic clients. Luke holds an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a licensed CPA.
