Libby MacDonald is an Associate for one of TPG Twin Brook’s underwriting teams, focusing on structuring, underwriting, and closing new transactions, as well as portfolio management of existing accounts, across a broad range of industries with private equity sponsors.
Prior to joining TPG Twin Brook, Libby was in the Audit & Assurance practice as a Senior at Deloitte. While at Deloitte, Libby led audit engagements for a variety of clients, primarily in the investment management industry. Libby holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University and is a licensed CPA.
