Kyle McDermott is an Underwriting Associate for one of Twin Brook’s underwriting teams, focusing on structuring, underwriting, and closing new transactions as well as portfolio management of existing accounts across a broad range of industries with private equity sponsors.
Prior to joining the firm in 2026, Kyle was an Analyst at Northwestern Mutual Capital, where he underwrote senior debt and equity co-investments with a variety of private equity sponsors. Kyle holds a B.B.A. in Finance and a B.B.A. in Economics from the University of Iowa.
