Jack Laux is an Underwriting Associate for one of Twin Brook’s underwriting teams, focusing on structuring, underwriting, and closing new transactions as well as portfolio management of existing accounts across a broad range of industries with private equity sponsors.
Prior to joining the firm in 2025, Jack was a Senior Associate in the Assurance practice at PwC. While at PwC, Jack served on audit engagements in the Asset and Wealth Management sector. Jack holds a B.B.A. and Master’s degree in Accounting from Miami University. Jack is a licensed CPA.
