Emily Poth is an Assistant Vice President for one of TPG Twin Brook’s underwriting teams, focusing on structuring, underwriting, and closing new transactions, as well as portfolio management of existing accounts, across a broad range of industries with private equity sponsors.
Prior to joining TPG Twin Brook in 2021, Emily was an Associate in the Core Assurance practice at Ernst & Young (EY). While at EY, she served on audit engagements for both privately and publicly held companies in the retail and consumer products industry. Emily holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance, Summa Cum Laude, from Miami University and is a licensed CPA.
