Dan Fox is an Associate for one of TPG Twin Brook’s underwriting teams, focusing on structuring, underwriting, and closing new transactions, as well as portfolio management of existing accounts, across a broad range of industries with private equity sponsors.
Prior to joining TPG Twin Brook in 2022, Dan was an Associate at CDK Global on their corporate development team, executing on their mergers and acquisitions activity and supporting their inorganic growth strategy. Prior to his role at CDK Global, Dan worked as a Senior Associate at KPMG LLP in the Economic and Valuation Services practice, where he served both private and publicly-traded clients across a broad range of industries. Dan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
