Carolan O’Connell is an Associate for one of TPG Twin Brook’s underwriting teams, focusing on structuring, underwriting, and closing new transactions, as well as portfolio management of existing accounts, across a broad range of industries with private equity sponsors.
Prior to joining TPG Twin Brook, Carolan was a Senior Analyst at Northwestern Mutual Capital, where she underwrote junior debt and equity co-investments with a variety of private equity sponsors. Carolan holds a B.B.A in Finance and B.A. in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
