Brad Kohut is an Associate for one of TPG Twin Brook’s underwriting teams, focusing on structuring, underwriting, and closing new transactions, as well as portfolio management of existing accounts, across a broad range of industries with private equity sponsors.
Prior to joining TPG Twin Brook in 2023, Brad worked as a consultant in Alvarez & Marsal’s Private Equity Performance Improvement group, providing advisory services to private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Previously, Brad was an auditor at PwC, with a focus on insurance and financial services clients. Brad holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from Michigan State University. He is also a licensed CPA in the state of Illinois.
