Amir Muhovic is an Underwriting Associate for one of Twin Brook’s underwriting teams, focusing on structuring, underwriting, and closing new transactions as well as portfolio management of existing accounts across a broad range of industries with private equity sponsors.
Prior to joining the firm, Amir was an Associate at Lincoln International in the Valuations and Opinion Group. During his time at Lincoln, Amir provided valuation services to alternative asset managers, with a focus on private credit investments. Amir holds an M.S. in Accounting and B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Kentucky
