Twin Brook Recognized as Lower Mid-Market Lender of the Year, Americas and for Fundraising of the Year, Americas in Private Debt Investor’s 2019 Awards

The Private Debt Investor (“PDI”) Annual Awards 2019 winners are determined based on thousands of votes cast by industry participants and PDI readers in PDI’s annual poll (which ran from December 2019 to mid-January 2020). Industry participants and PDI readers cast votes on a voluntary, unpaid basis, and poll results were published by PDI in March 2020 and can be found here. PDI permits award nominees to submit a description of a nominee’s accomplishments for the year, but nominees are prohibited from voting for their own firm. For the 2019 awards, the PDI editorial team put together shortlists for 47 awards categories that included global titles and titles across three broad regions – the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, with 16 categories for the Americas region. Twin Brook was selected by the PDI editorial team to be on a short list of four nominees for two categories in the Americas region awards referenced above and was ultimately selected as a winner of the awards through the above-described voting process. The selection of Twin Brook to receive the awards referenced above was based in part on subjective criteria and a limited universe of nominees that were selected by the PDI editorial team, and therefore there can be no assurance that a different editorial team or a different group of voters might not have nominated or selected other firms as winners.
