Tim Healy wasa Managing Director at Twin Brook Capital Partners from December 2018 until his unexpected passing on December 13, 2021.
Tim’s kindness, generosity, humor and positive outlook were hallmarks of his contribution to his Twin Brook colleagues and our firm’s culture. Our team is richer for the time we spent sharing ideas, pursuing opportunities, and celebrating successes with him and he is missed as a talented colleague, a motivational leader, and a supportive mentor.
Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Tim spent 13 years with Linsalata Capital Partners, rising to the level of Senior Vice President and Partner, where he led the firm’s marketing, intermediary development activities and deal sourcing efforts. Prior to LinCap, he spent 13 years with National City Bank as a Senior Vice President in the Equity Sponsor Group. Tim held a Master of Business Administration from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Rochester.
He was known to many in the industry as a trusted, knowledgeable and capable partner, and in many cases, a friend. He deeply valued and invested in the relationships he built over his nearly 30-year career, and he was in turn valued for the genuine and collaborative approach he brought to every interaction.
Tim’s beloved wife and children, and all those whose lives he impacted, remain in our thoughts and prayers. He was one of a kind and is greatly missed.
