On October 12th, ten Twin Brook team members participated in Culinary Care’s 2022 Corporate Cook-Off. Twin Brook faced off against three other firms in a “match the chef” competition, where a chef taught the group how to prepare Beef Wellington, and then each team was left to their own devices to recreate the dish to the best of their ability. Although our team did not take home the gold this year, we had a great time participating in this annual event supporting Culinary Care.
For those who were unable to take part in the cook-off challenge, we also hosted an in-office volunteer event, where Twin Brook team members wrote notes of encouragement and packed Halloween-themed chemo support bags for cancer patients supported by Culinary Care.
