Matt Kocsis is an Associate for one of Twin Brook’s underwriting teams, focusing on structuring, underwriting, and closing new transactions as well as portfolio management of existing accounts across a broad range of industries with private equity sponsors.
Prior to joining the firm in 2026, Matt worked in the audit practice at PwC in Chicago, where he served public and private companies across the consumer packaged goods, industrial manufacturing, and software sectors. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Accounting with High Distinction from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
