Grace Prior is an Underwriting Associate for one of Twin Brook’s underwriting teams, focusing on structuring, underwriting, and closing new transactions as well as portfolio management of existing accounts across a broad range of industries with private equity sponsors.
Prior to joining the firm in 2026, Grace was an associate at PwC in their Deal Advisory practice, where she provided financial due diligence advisory services across a range of industries for private equity and strategic clients. Grace holds a M.S. in Finance & Accounting from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a licensed CPA in the state of Illinois.
