Morgan Swerlein is an Underwriting Associate for one of Twin Brook’s underwriting teams, focusing on structuring, underwriting, and closing new transactions as well as portfolio management of existing accounts across a broad range of industries with private equity sponsors.
Prior to joining the firm, Morgan was in the Audit & Assurance practice as a Senior at Deloitte. While at Deloitte, Morgan led audit engagements for both private and publicly-traded clients, primarily in the insurance industry. Morgan holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and Economics from the University of Notre Dame and is a licensed CPA.
