Lettye Walsh joined TPG Twin Brook as a Director, Human Resources Business Partner. Lettye serves as a dedicated resource and strategic partner to the TPG Twin Brook team, bringing a depth of HR experience focused within the financial services industry.
Prior to joining TPG Twin Brook in 2023, Lettye was an HR Business Partner at William Blair and held several positions within Recruiting, Employee Relations, and HR Business Partner at Citadel, all in Chicago. Lettye holds a B.S. in Marketing from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and is a Women’s Board Member at the Kohl Children’s Museum.
